These terms apply to every order placed on brazilchannels.com, run by Brazil Channels. By placing an order, you agree to them.
What we sell
We sell Brazil TV boxes and activation / renewal codes for compatible boxes. Each product page lists the box models it works with. Please check that your box is on the list before you order. If you're not sure, ask us on WhatsApp first.
Ordering and activation
Prices are in US dollars. Your order is processed once your payment is confirmed.
- Codes: sent to you by WhatsApp right after your payment is confirmed.
- Boxes: shipped from New Jersey, USA, the same day or the next day.
If anything goes wrong with your code or your box, contact us and we'll help.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days and we'll give you your money back. For renewal codes, the guarantee applies while the code is unused - once a code is entered on your box, it can't be refunded. To ask for a refund, message us on WhatsApp or email us with your order reference.
Acceptable use
Codes are for use on your own compatible box. You are responsible for using our products in line with the laws where you live.
